Donations 

Due to the nature of charity donations, refunds are given at the discretion of our management. Therefore please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. 

In the event of an incorrect amount being entered, or if the donation is made accidently or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please contact us. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period. 

If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so it should be shredded. 

 

Tickets & Events  

We are unable to provide refunds of registration fees for ticketed events, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by Management.  

 

Membership Fees  

In the event that a membership application is not approved, we will refund any membership fees received directly to the applicant.  

 

Recurring payments  

If you believe there has been an error in debiting your account, you should notify us directly. Alternatively, you can contact your financial institution for assistance. 

If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your account has been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query by contacting our financial institution within a reasonable period to request that they credit your account with any amount incorrectly debited that is received by our fianancial institution. We will also notify you in writing of the amount by which your account has been adjusted. 

 If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your account has not been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query by providing you with reasons and any evidence for this finding in writing.
