• You are a not for profit with an employment law matter 
• You have a general protections claim; and it has already been dealt with by the Fair Work Commission and is now in the Federal Courts
• You have a claim for unpaid entitlements in the Federal Courts, or you believe you’ve been underpaid by a current or former employer
• You have not been dismissed from your role and wish to pursue a general protections claim in the Federal Courts

  When we can’t help

• You want general employment advice
• You are a company or business with an employment matter
• You have an unfair dismissal claim (except where you are seeking a judicial review of a decision of the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission)

• You are facing financial hardship or other difficulties (for example, illness, housing problems, or family violence); and
• The issue is having a serious effect on your life (for example, you could lose a large amount of money, your home or access to an important service, right or interest); and
• You have already tried other reasonable ways to resolve the problem, and legal assistance is your remaining option; and
• You cannot get legal help anywhere else

• You have a native title matter
• You have a general dispute with your neighbours
• You have a complex business or commercial dispute
• You have a matter in a court outside of Queensland

• You want to enforce an order made at QCAT or the Magistrates Court 

or

• The likely outcome does not justify the time and resources needed to legally pursue the matter

• You have a S34 decision seeking a variation to funded supports in a plan, and/or access disputes.
