Application must be made, by filing in the registry, within 28 days after notice of that decision is received by person.
The Travel Agents Act 1988 (Qld) has been repealed.

The Travel Compensation Fund has begun to close down.

Consumers who were entitled to make a claim due to circumstances taking place on or before 30 June 2014 have 1 year to make a claim.

The Travel Compensation Fund will close as soon as possible after 30 June 2015 (i.e. once all outstanding claims have been dealt with).
