The pleadings (Statement of Claim, Defence, and Reply) tell the Court the issues in dispute. Once the pleadings are complete, each party must disclose the documents (including photos, emails, electronic data) they have that relate to those issues. Some proceedings do not require disclosure, but you will still need to consider the evidence that you are relying on. Evidence can either be given orally or by affidavit.
