A QCAT review is when QCAT takes a fresh look at certain government decisions, like decisions about blue cards, child safety, disability screening, victims’ support or fines.
LawRight provides assistance with some review matters at QCAT through our Court and Tribunal services.
When we may be able to help
- You are asking QCAT to review one of the following decisions;
- Blue Card
- Victims Assist
- Child Safety
- SPER
- Yellow Card (disability screening)
- Some health decisions; and
- You have a reviewable decision letter.
You will need to provide the letter before we can assess your application. You can upload it on the last page of this form.

When we can’t help
- You want to review a decision that is not in the above list
- Your matter is still at an “internal stage”
- QCAT does not have jurisdiction to review your decision
- You have not received a reviewable decision letter
