When we may be able to help
- Your health practitioner regulation matter has been referred to QCAT; or
- You have a “reviewable decision” (for example, final decisions in relation to registration action or prohibition orders)

QCAT is not the correct place if you want to make a complaint about a professional. If a member of the public is dissatisfied with the work, service or advice they receive from a professional individual, they should contact the relevant authority to make a complaint.
