What we do
Friends of LawRight support LawRight by pledging to donate $1,000 a year for three years. This structured giving allows us the independence to develop new services that address the legal needs of disadvantaged communities.
All Friends of LawRight receive complimentary invitations to select LawRight events, a hard copy of our annual report, and tailored updates on how funds are being used. Our Friends are also acknowledged publicly, unless anonymity requested.
Why support LawRight
LawRight works alongside vulnerable Queenslanders to address legal problems that create or deepen disadvantage. By focusing on civil law needs and partnering with pro bono lawyers, community agencies and court services, we deliver practical help where it has the greatest impact.
You can read more about how our work supports people to navigate complex systems, protect their rights and find stability during challenging times on Our Impact page.

Support from the community strengthens our programs, expands the reach of our services and ensures that vulnerable Queenslanders receive timely, targeted legal help when they need it most. Your contribution helps us continue our work — whether through volunteering, partnering with us, donating, or championing access to justice in your community.
Lend your legal mind to vulnerable Queenslanders
Our partnerships with law firms, barristers and universities ensure that vulnerable Queenslanders can access specialised legal help that would otherwise be out of reach.
By contributing time and expertise, our members and volunteers strengthen a statewide network of pro bono support, enhance outcomes for self‑represented litigants, and help us respond to complex civil law needs with targeted support.
